The Energy Directorate and the General Directorate of Energy Policy and Mines have assessed the amount for the corresponding services as part of the ballast shedding mechanism to avoid blackouts through a cushion that guarantees covering demand, even in extreme situations, either by reducing consumption - disconnecting the factory, like the old interruptibility -, either with more energy, produced directly or from storage systems.
The interruptible industry, brought together in the Association of Companies with Large Energy Consumption (Aege), of which Ceisa is not a part, has analyzed the rapid response strategic reserve to support the electrical system adjustment services, proposed by a Ministerial order in the public information phase of the Portfolio directed by Teresa Ribera, and he does not find it to his liking.
