The Ministry of Education, Vocational Training, Physical Activity and Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands launched this summer 10 Vocational Training Specialization Courses that will be taught in 21 public centers on the islands during the 2023/2024 academic year. Among them, José Zerpa (Santa Lucía de Tirajana) and at the CIFP Villa de Agüimes (Agüimes). Among the higher degrees, the offer includes Cybersecurity in information technology environments, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, Video game development and virtual reality, Cybersecurity in operations technology environments, Energy Audit, and Maintenance and security in hybrid and electric vehicle systems. These trainings will be given in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at the El Rincón, Ana Luisa Benítez and Politécnico Secondary Education Institutes (IES), as well as at the Felo Monzón, San Cristóbal and Cruz de Piedra Integrated Vocational Training Centers (CIFP).
