Agents of the National Police located the 15-year-old minor who has been missing since last August 16, in good health, in a property in Arguineguín (Mogán).
On August 18, the National Police learned of the disappearance of a 15-year-old girl while she was spending the night at her grandparents' home, located in the capital of Gran Canaria.
Immediately, UFAM officials from the Canary Islands Police Headquarters began an investigation, thanks to which it was determined that the minor had left the aforementioned home voluntarily.
The police investigations made it possible to determine that the minor traveled with help to the municipality of Telde first and to Vecindario shortly after until finally reaching Arguineguín, where she had hidden for several days at the home of her romantic partner, also a minor.
Her mother, knowing that the minor was missing and was being searched, hid her for days until finally the police investigators, being certain that she was there either hidden or held by third parties, accessed the property.
The owner of the same, who gave permission to the agents to search for the minor, initially did not allow them to access a room where an 8-year-old minor was resting, supposedly sick.
There, hidden under the chest that supported the mattress, the missing 15-year-old minor was located, in good health. Once it was verified that she was perfectly well, she was transferred to the headquarters of the Canary Islands Police Headquarters, where she was handed over to her biological father.
