The 28-time world champion David Meca and the two-time Olympian and European champion, Laura Roca, have reunited in Gran Canaria to take part in the most iconic swim in Maspalomas, an event that has once again brought together the stars of the swimming. They shared years of effort and work at the Sant Cugat high performance center and represented the Spanish National Team as leaders of this sport in the country. David Meca and Laura Roca are united by a love for swimming and open waters and a friendship of many years, which will undoubtedly be felt with emotion and will add even more affection to this event that they sponsor.
David Meca and Laura Roca will swim the distance of 1.000 meters together next Saturday, September 16, in an event that has nearly 400 swimmers in three modalities and that has a marked international character, with 17 different nationalities.
