Yesterday afternoon, the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert reporting the fall of a motorcyclist on the Los Palmitos highway, San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
A man, whose age is unknown, who at the initial moment of care presented with serious chest trauma was transferred in a medical ambulance from the SUC to the Insular University Hospital of Gran Canaria.
The 1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources, the SUC personnel assisted the injured man and then transferred him to the hospital. The Local Police instructed the corresponding procedures.
