The main festivals of the urban area of Santa Lucía de Tirajana are back, the population of Vecindario celebrates its patron saint festivals in honor of San Rafael Arcángel. They will begin this Saturday, October 14, with a tour of the Avenida de Canarias by music bands and the reading of the proclamation. The program prepared by the Cultural, Sports and Recreational Association 'El Zagüán' with the collaboration of the City Council, has activities as varied as senior parties, afternoons dedicated to children, concerts, festivals, urban music festival, Melomana concerts or the K-Narias, the humor of Abubukaka and the pilgrimage that will be on Saturday, October 28.

On Saturday afternoon the parade of music bands will begin, then at 19.45:XNUMX p.m. there will be the raising of the flag and the traditional ringing of bells on the façade of the Church of San Rafael, which will give way to the performance of the Municipal Band of Music from the Village of Agüimes and the reading of the proclamation of the festivities that this year will posthumously pay tribute to Pedro Henríquez, Local Police of Santa Lucía de Tirajana.
On Sunday the 15th, during the morning in the Pedestrian Zone of Avenida de Canarias, an Identity Show will be held, with traditional sports and games, and the XXXII Drag Contest will also be held.
Gran Canaria Island with Government of the Canary Islands trophy. There will be an exhibition of cattle shearing and milking, an exhibition of threshing with larger cattle, La Revolia Club Game and stone lifting.
In the afternoon there will be the HOLI party at the Fairgrounds starting at 16 p.m. with a performance by DJ Promaster. On Tuesday the 17th starting at 5 pm in the Plaza de San Rafael there will be the Senior Festival, with a performance by H. Tamarindos. During the break there will be a snack with chocolate and churros.
On Sunday the 22nd starting at 10.30 in the morning there will be the foam party in the Plaza de Los Algodoneros. In the same place on Monday the 23rd starting at 6 pm there will be a children's show with Musipop and a circus show. On Tuesday on Avenida de Canarias it will be the childhood afternoon from 5 to 8 in the afternoon.
On Wednesday the 25th, a new Seniors' Festival will be held, with a performance by Pepe Benavente and a snack with chocolate and churros for the seniors who attend the party at the Fairgrounds. Also at the Fairgrounds on Saturday the 21st starting at 9 pm there will be the concert by Melomana and the K-anarias. Afterwards, the night of festivals will be held, enlivened by Armonía Show, and Estrella Latina.
On Sunday the 22nd starting at 7:30 pm at the fairgrounds there will be the Local Urban HIP HOP Festival, with performances by -Stivo +Wasintonia, Charlie + El Kanelo, Enece + El Kanelo, Gauchito + PGMC + J Santana Then, at 21.30:23 p.m., there will be a performance by GRISON beatbox from the Resistance.
