In the early hours of this Thursday, October 26, the Mogán Local Police arrested a man who was carrying fifteen wrappers of alleged cocaine and two pieces of alleged hashish, all divided into individual doses. The individual was near the nightlife area of the Puerto Rico Shopping Center and tried to flee from the agents, even pushing one of them.
The events took place on Tomás Roca Bosch Avenue in Puerto Rico shortly before 5:00 a.m. The agents, carrying out ordinary patrol duties in the area, detected a man leaving the Puerto Rico Shopping Center who, upon noticing the police vehicle, slowed down and tried to hide a package in a flower bed. Then the agents intercepted him and asked for his identification, at which point the man pushed one of the police officers and ran through several streets until he was finally located in the Puerto Rico Urban Park.
In the package in question there were fifteen wrappers of alleged cocaine and two pieces of alleged hashish, separated into individual doses. In addition, the man had ninety euros in bills in his pockets. Based on this, the agents have arrested him for an alleged crime against public health.
