Lopesan Hotels has increased the arrival of direct reservations by 16% through its digital sales channels using the Cendyn system. Cendyn announced this November that the audit report "enabled us to identify optimization levers and implement a multi-channel performance approach to maintain Lopesan's return on advertising spend" and increase booking volumes.
