Lopesan pulls Braintrust and 22Grados for its new manager

The increased exposure of the financial market to the hotel sector has pushed Lopesan to launch a specialized brand this November following the group's experience in Thailand operating for an owner and in the south of Gran Canaria for hotel owners. In this way, even the chain's hotels in Meloneras become in the hands of the manager, adding to other products already on the market. 

LHM will initially manage the Group's 22 hotels spread across Spain, Germany, Austria, the Dominican Republic and Thailand, with the idea being to progressively expand that number with the help of various partners in fields such as revenue management such as Braintrust, communication and marketing, 22Grados, as well as with the technology of Travel School by Amadeus of the ULPGC.

In a statement, the company explained that "the success of the formula is guaranteed thanks to a package of cutting-edge tools and technical partners that ensure profitability and the ability to overcome social, environmental and technological challenges."

The chain's commitment is to have an LHM with armed arms in "a network of solid and lasting alliances, which allow it to have the capacity to react immediately to any adverse situation and, at the same time, offer the possibility of continuous renewal." All hotels managed by the new company will have Travelife certification, which endorses Lopesan Hotel Management's commitment to sustainable development and green policies.
