San Roque University Hospitals has been awarded two awards awarded by the Canary Association of Breast and Gynecological Cancer, this past Saturday, November 11, at the XIII ACCMYG "Adelante" Gala at the Alfredro Kraus Auditorium, an event held annually to raise awareness about the fight against this pathology.
For their care work with patients, the entire team at the hospital has been awarded and recognized. Breast Surgery Unit in Las Palmas de GC and the entire team of the Robotic Surgery Unit in Maspalomas. Doctors Juan Hernández and Pablo Juárez del Dago received the award, respectively.
The purpose of this event is to support the fight against this disease through a recreational, cultural and festive event, which raises funds for the activity of the Association that offers psychological, emotional, physiotherapeutic, work and social support to those affected and their families. .
The event was presented by Ibán Padrón (host of the magazine Conecta Canarias) and featured performances by the artists Francisco, Gerson Galván, Michael Alonso, La Trova, the Telden comedian Maestro Florido, Amanecer Rociero, Dácil Suárez and Los Isleños.
