A fire at the Santa Lucía racecourse, in the Barranco de Tirajana, caused the alarm during the morning
During this Sunday morning a fire broke out at the Santa Lucía racecourse, in the Barranco de Tirajana. At approximately 11 in the morning, a video began to be shared on social networks where a column of smoke could be seen in the vicinity of the racecourse.
Members of the Gran Canaria Fire Consortium traveled to the scene to put out the flames. Some extinction work that is still being carried out. The column of smoke has been visible during the morning from various points in the municipality of Santa Lucía de Tirajana.
The causes of the fire are unknown.
