The entrance to the administrative building of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council this Wednesday hosted a new public act of rejection against the murders of women victims of sexist violence.
Like every last Wednesday of the month, members of the Municipal Corporation and a broad representation of the City Council's employees supported the minute of silence in memory of the murdered women.
The event was led by the delegate councilor for the area of Culture, Education and Equality, Esther Delgado Sánchez, who recalled that only during this month of November four other women victims of gender violence have died.
Delgado Sánchez spoke the name of the deceased, Carolina, María, Leticia and Tatiana, and recalled that the Department of Equality of this city council has a Comprehensive Prevention and Care Service for Women and Minors victims of Gender Violence.
