On December 13, the results of the new Edition of the Healthcare Reputation Monitor (MRS). HUSR in Las Palmas appears in position number 55 in the reputation ranking of national private hospitals, being the only private hospital in Gran Canaria included in this classification.
At HUSR we make comprehensive healthcare services available to society through the latest generation technology, in the areas of prevention, diagnosis and treatment. We are very proud to be in this national ranking thanks to the excellent work carried out by our professionals.
The MRS research is carried out through the evaluation of the actors in the health system based on three assessments: the first, carried out by medical professionals (4.005 hospital specialist doctors and 307 family and community medicine doctors); the second the assessment of 2.304 nurses, 223 hospital managers and directors, 320 nursing managers, 82 directors of pharmaceutical companies, 70 hospital pharmacy managers, 532 patient association managers, as well as 110 journalists and health informants; the third, the analysis of more than 3.254 specific objective indicators of 34 clinical services.
This year 2023 has been very special for San Roque University Hospitals due to the recognition received for high healthcare quality, such as the Canary Islands Gold Medal, the Human Resources Policies Award, the Recognition for the Quality of Medical Services and, now, the MRS ranking.
