At around 19:06 p.m., the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert reporting the accident of two people in Camino de la Madera, municipality of Santa Lucía.
A 19-year-old girl who, at the initial moment of care, presents with moderate head trauma, except for complications, is transferred in a basic life support ambulance from the SUC to the Doctor Negrín University Hospital of Gran Canaria. A second 35-year-old woman who, at the initial time of care, presented with various moderate traumas, except for complications, was transferred in a basic life support ambulance from the SUC to the Insular University Hospital of Gran Canaria.
1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources. The SUC staff assisted the two victims and transferred them to the aforementioned hospital and the Local Police made the corresponding report.
