Lopesan's turnover in 2023 was 1.200 billion euros, an increase of 10,3% compared to the previous year. This figure makes Eustasio López's company the largest tourism company in the Canary Islands and one of the main tourism companies in Spain. These are the credentials with which the chain is presented this January at the Fitur fair in Madrid.
Lopesan's turnover is divided into two large areas: tourism and construction. In the tourism area, Lopesan has 20 hotels in the Canary Islands, Spain and Germany, as well as several golf courses and leisure complexes. The turnover of this area in 2023 was 1.050 million euros.
In the construction area, Lopesan is dedicated to the construction of hotels, apartments, villas and other buildings. The turnover of this area in 2023 was 150 million euros.
Lopesan plans to continue growing in the coming years. The chain has several expansion projects underway, such as the construction of new hotels in the Meloneras area following the new land management strategy of the municipal partners AV-PP and CC in San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
The company, technically, has already overcome the financial scheme derived from Covid19 in 2020. The turnover of the Lopesan company in 2021 was 1.091 million euros, an increase of 12,5% compared to the previous year. The leisure complexes generated a turnover in 2021 of 958 million euros. In the construction area, Lopesan had a turnover of 2021 million euros in 133.
