At around 16:33 p.m., the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert requesting assistance for a man who had fainted in the vicinity of the soccer field and the Tunte pool, San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
A man, who at the initial moment of assistance presented a serious health problem, was transferred by a medical helicopter from the SUC to the Insular University Hospital of Gran Canaria.

The 1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources, in Primary Care with the doctor and nurse from the Tunte Health Center since the affected person was treated first by the health personnel and the SUC ambulance, until arrival of the SUC medical helicopter that took charge of his transfer to the aforementioned hospital center. Firefighters secured the area for the safe takeover of the medical helicopter. The Local Police collaborated with the intervening services.
