In both sectors, education and health, it is suggested that it is becoming an incipient but quite serious problem, which is why it would be necessary not to delay the adoption of preventive measures and to proceed with its analysis and research to provide answers," says Elena Álamo.

Given this situation and given the geographic and population extension of the municipality, the municipal leaders raised with Román Ramírez the need for financial, material and technical support to be able to articulate a program of youth activities that could be carried out in all neighborhoods, centralizing the actions in cultural and civic-neighborhood centers for their neuralgic performance as social meeting points.
