The fire occurred during the night of Saturday and emergency personnel could only confirm the death of the woman
A fire in a home in Santa Lucía de Tirajana last night left a woman dead. The Arinaga fire station received an alert around 21:30 p.m. on Saturday about a possible fire in a house on Che Guevara Street, in the Doctoral area.
The emergency personnel were warned that there could be people inside the house, so the necessary resources were immediately activated from the fire station.
Once at the scene, the firefighters were forced to force entry to the home through the garage door and, after proceeding with the extinguishing and searching for people, they found the body of a woman in one of the rooms of the home.
After the discovery and the subsequent ventilation and cooling of the house, members of the Civil Guard and the Judicial Police appeared at the scene.
