The Arinaga Industrial Zone Conservation Entity is part of the Spanish Confederation of Business Areas (Cedaes), which works on the improvement and modernization of Spanish industrial zones
This Tuesday the Ordinary General Assembly of the Spanish Confederation of Business Areas (Cedaes) was held in Madrid, with the presence of the president of the Conservation Entity of the Arinaga Industrial Zone (Ecoaga) and member of Cedaes, Juan Acosta, accompanied by the manager by Ecoaga, Sergio Robaina.
At the meeting, the confederation's lines of action were discussed, which aim to promote the country's industrial areas. Within the Cedaes action plan, the importance of continuing to promote the definitive approval of the Industry Law is framed, a law that will promote an industrial policy aligned with digitalization, environmental sustainability and the circular economy and that would place the Spanish industry at the vanguard.
Other strategic axes marked was the need to create forums and meetings with the different autonomous communities to enhance public-private collaboration and promote, in business parks, energy communities and waste treatment plants, projects that the Arinaga Industrial Zone It is already advanced for its definitive implementation, and that can serve as an example for the rest of the business areas.
Finally, the budget, accounts, management report of the confederation and the venue for the 7th National Congress of Business Areas were approved, which this year will be held next November in Oviedo (Asturias).
The Spanish Confederation of Business Areas (CEDAES) represents and defends the interests of business parks throughout Spain, encompassing federations, entities and business associations. The Canary Islands is represented by Ecoaga.
