Program 1

Program 2

The City Council of San Bartolomé de Tirajana has decided to give greater attention and dedication to the families and children of the municipality in the program of recreational activities that the Department of Culture will offer during the next month of March.

With this objective, the Culture area directed by the second deputy mayor, Elena Álamo Vega, and coordinated by the councilor delegate Esther Delgado Sánchez, proposes as children's and family leisure events a story-telling activity with Chinese shadows, a puppet show and a concert, the first two traveling through different neighborhoods of the municipality and the three with free admission for your enjoyment.

Thus, between March 4 and April 3, the Carmelo Pérez Rodríguez cultural centers of El Tablero, Juan Grande, Cercados de Espino, Aldea Blanca, Maspalomas and Pancho Guerra, in Tunte, will host, in the afternoon, the 17:00 p.m., 'Storytelling in the kingdom: between dragons and princesses', recommended for families with boys and girls from 3 to 10 years old.

The puppet show will be dedicated to the fable of 'the three little pigs and the big bad wolf', and its representative proposal in Montaña La Data, the Parque del Sur, the Plaza de Ayagaures, the Cercados de Espino Cultural Center and the Plaza de Fataga will take place between March 1 and 23, at different times.

To facilitate attendance, the Department of Culture already has the times and dates of these two events posted on the information boards of each locality and also in its cultural agenda on the municipal website, whose media link is maspalomas.com/agendasbt

The family and children's humorous concert will be held at the Pancho Guerra Cultural Center, in Tunte, on March 2 at 18.00:XNUMX p.m., and will be performed by SuperAbuela, with energizing songs from her first.

Youth and adults

In addition, the March cultural program also dedicates special attention to musical, performing and visual arts for young people and adults. Thus, on Friday, March 1, the dramatized concert 'Any past time was not always better' by the Mariandá Musical Group will be offered at the Maspalomas Cultural Center. On March 21, at 19.00:13 p.m., in the same cultural space of San Fernando, the adult classroom of the Municipal Theater School will commemorate International Poetry Day by offering 'En-Amor-Arte', not recommended for children under XNUMX years. Both events are free until capacity is reached, so tickets must be purchased in advance at tureservaonline.es.

Furthermore, on the occasion of International Theater Day, on March 27 at 20.00:5 p.m., the Maspalomas Cultural Center will host a musical theatrical performance of the play 'Mararia, la de Femés', an adaptation that the performance artist Yeray Rodríguez and the stage director Mario Vega have performed the classic work of the Tenerife writer Rafael Arozarena. Entry has a symbolic cost of XNUMX euros and can be purchased at tureservaonline.es

The cinematographic proposal is twofold. On the one hand, on March 22, at 19.00:2 p.m., the mini-vestival 'Cortos en Femenino' will be held, with symbolic entry for 25 euros in your reservaonline.es. And on the other hand, the screening of the film 'Mararia' on March 19 at 30:XNUMX p.m., in the same cultural center and with free admission.
