Tirajana teaches young people to look for work

The 'Inserta Juventud' project aimed at young people between 16 and 30 years old shows the techniques and resources for access to employment

 

The Department of Local Development of the City Council of San Bartolomé de Tirajana directed by Elena Álamo Vega will offer on March 20 a free informative day for unemployed young people between 16 and 30 years old, who are actively seeking employment and in a situation of exclusion social or at risk of being so.

 

This training day, in the promotion of which the Department of Youth is collaborating, will be held for five hours, from 9.00:14.00 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., in the training and conference room of the Maspalomas Cultural Center, and will focus on four workshops designed to guide and inform participants about the digital tools, resources of the Canary Employment System and techniques that they can use to search for work.

 

To attend this event, which is completely free, interested parties must register in advance through the telephone number 613.139.161 or by email addressed to iremonsanchez@adeican.org. The registration period ends next March 19.

 

This training session proposed by Local Development through its Career Guidance Service, to help unemployed young people and promote self-employment and entrepreneurship, is part of the 'Inserta Juventud' project, launched by the Association of Insertion Companies of Canarias (Adeican) on December 15, 2023, dedicated to the guidance and support of young unemployed people in the process of insertion into the labor market. The project is financed by the European Social Fund Plus and the Youth Guarantee Fund of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE).
