Thousands of people enjoyed a spectacular gala that was a complete success. The 12 participants in the crown and their companions took to the stage of the Maspalomas International Carnival 2024 and showed their groundbreaking performances, which did not disappoint any of the attendees.

The overture left everyone present speechless. Without forgetting the 50th Anniversary of the Carnival and honoring the 'Television Memories', a show based on the program 'Your face sounds familiar', the dancers took a tour through legendary songs by artists and groups such as the British Spice Girls , or the Italian Raffaella Carrà.

One of the surprises was the singer King África who with his hit “Bomba” or “Saltando sin parar” made those present enjoy themselves. After meeting the first 6 candidates, comedian Omayra Cazorla burst in, adding a touch of humor to this gala of freedom and spectacle.

The gala was presented by a scandalous couple, the charismatic Roberto Herrera and the actress and comedian Anabel Alonso, both directed by the artistic director Josué Quevedo.

The music did not stop playing at the Yumbo Shopping Center, and the final touch, to the rhythm of merengue, was performed by the Puerto Rican Joseph Fonseca with songs like 'Que Raise Your Hand' or 'Noche de Fantasía' that lifted up the very dedicated audience.
