The Canarian developer Montebalito, creator of Villa Tauro, has allocated a total of 2024 million euros in 10 to launch the works of Atmosfaere Homes, a residential plan of 39 homes in Arguineguín, Mogán, Gran Canaria. The 2.800 square meter building plot will cover high-net-worth houses with between 3 and 27 bedrooms with storage rooms and outdoor terraces and XNUMX parking spaces. The company is processing the procedure at the Mogán City Council and if the administrative calendar is not blocked from February or March 2025, the works will begin, which will last 18 months from obtaining the construction license 500 meters from Arguineguín beach. Since its founding in 1972, Montebalito has built more than 100 homes in the Canary Islands, covering an area that exceeds 11.000 square meters. The company has a building capacity of more than 50.000 square meters in the south of Gran Canaria, destined for the development of hotels and tourist apartments that total more than 500 accommodation units.
The Mogán City Council has launched the procedures to modify the subsidiary regulations that govern the municipality and which date back to 1987, to allow the unlocking of 430.000 square meters of land in the area of Balito. This urban planning measure, whose modification was approved during the last plenary session, held last week, will enable the tourist development of several lands located in this area of the municipality, and which are contemplated in the Partial Plan of La Cornisa. This action will be carried out at the proposal of the Montebalito company in Polígono 24 Las Calas (Sector 5-5 Cornisa del Sur).
