Lopesan, the hotel chain that manages its own or third-party establishments in the south of Gran Canaria, demands a permanent work schedule so that quality is not a matter of chance. The Lopesan Alba recruitment specialists Isabel Laurador, Bárbara Rodríguez, Hugo Cámara Millares and Suresh Mukhi Daryanani, led by Raúl José Martel Castellano, are finalizing the details for the IV edition of the 'Employment Days by Lopesan', organized by Lopesan and in the that throughout its development in the past more than 400 candidates have been interviewed.

Before each summer, Lopesan Hotel Group holds the Summer Job by Lopesan at the ExpoMeloneras Conference Center, which aims to attract new talents with which to reinforce the current staff of its hotels and fill vacancies necessary for the summer season. 80% of attendees meet the requirements of the different job vacancies. The success of this initiative has served as a driver to organize recruitment processes that seek to attract professionals, mainly, for base positions in restaurants, bars, apartments, kitchens and reception of the centers located in the south of Gran Canaria.
