Marta Marrero was proclaimed winner of the 'Maspalomas Pride by Freedom' Drag Race Gala, which was held this Tuesday, on the Yumbo stage. The winner of this edition received the crown given to her by Isabella y Punto, who was the winner in 2023.
The winner of this 'drag battle' received the most votes from the public, through the Maspalomas Pride Public Administration, and from viewers who followed the event via live stream on the Maspalomas Pride YouTube and Instagram channels. The other participants were Boy Devil, Dana Pride, Demii, Montenegro, La Tacones, Valeria Star, and Vanessa Artiles.
Gala Drag Race, sponsored by Turismo de Gran Canaria, was presented by Delisiah Glam and Rubén Dizá, and featured performances by Isabella y Punto (Winner 2023), Drag Shiki and Michael Marouli (UK). The music and dancing lasted until dawn, with the musical selection by DJs Adham (Brazil) and Jonathan Tamayo (Spain).
