The activity is on November 26, at 19:30 p.m. and 21:00 p.m., upon registration
The Cueva Pintada Museum and Archaeological Park proposes a new night visit to the site on November 26, this time, with live Bjazz music, which will liven up the tour to discover the ancient pre-Hispanic and colonial town of Agáldar accompanied by the great 'hits' of melodies made by women.
It is a free activity with limited places, and has two passes, at 19:30 p.m. and 21:00 p.m. To attend, prior registration is required from November 22, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m., at the museum reception or by calling 928 895 489 (ext. 3). The visit is for the benefit of the Las Palmas Food Bank, thanks to the donations of registered people, either in food and hygiene products or with a monetary contribution.
Bjazz is made up of Samantha de León on double bass, Silvia Jiménez on trumpet, Sun-Young Park on piano, Amelia Gutiérrez on drums and Moneiba Hidalgo on vocals.
This group was born in October 2013 and was created by a group of friends and musicians who share a classical academic career and professional background in the world of jazz. To the basic training of trumpet, double bass, piano and percussion, this time the unmatched voice of Moneiba Hidalgo is added, with a musical journey through great hits of music made by women and that each participant will be able to enjoy with this reinterpretation of Bjazz.
With songs that move between jazz, blues, Latin, bossa or bolero, 'EnCanto de Mujer' is an ode to the female figure within the musical field, a sample of the work and creativity of many women and their fight to make them visible.
Night visits have been taking place for more than 8 years in Cueva Pintada with great public acceptance. And the mystery of the night allows you to have a different perspective of the tour through this archaeological park to discover the vestiges of the town and contemplate the Painted Cave with the incentive of music.
