The San Fernando Festival shows off its three queens

 

 

 

 

The San Fernando festivities already have their trio of queens after the celebration of the election galas where Scheherazade Marcos, Lara Sarmiento and Alicia López were crowned as youth queen, children's queen and Grand Queen, respectively. Those organized by Angélica González, director of the Glamor Models Agency, within the celebration events of the Parties organized by the Department of Celebrations and Events of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council, had great public participation and a stellar performance by Noel Schajris, at the Youth and Children's gala; and with the performance of Pepe Benavente, at the Grand Lady's gala. 

 

 

The rest of the court is made up of, in the case of the youth reign, Dariana Mejias and Aylin del Carmen, as first and second lady; being in the children's reign, Leire Moreno and Helena Vera. As Great Ladies, Juani Rodríguez received the first title, and the second, Inmaculada Rodríguez. Those in charge of delivering the bands and crowns were the first deputy mayor, Alejandro Marichal; the second deputy mayor, Elena Álamo; and the Councilor for Celebrations and Events Yilenia Vega. 

 

 

 

The election of the Great Queen was experienced with special intensity and emotion as it was the first time in the history of the festivities that participation was opened to elderly women. The seven candidates were very well protected as they took place during the celebration of Senior Citizen's Day, which was attended by almost 300 people who enjoyed a snack at tables at the foot of the stage, and who enjoyed the performance of La Scala in Hi-Fi performed by the Monster Cultural Association of El Tablero, the recital by the Canarian singer Nuria Ramos and the festival by Pepe Benavente.
