The Maspalomas Summer University has organized an excursion to the upper area of Arguineguín, in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, which will be held on Tuesday, July 2, with the aim of publicizing the wide variety of landscapes in the area. , with the explanations of a geographer, in addition to its ethnographic and water resources that will be found during the tour.

The meeting point, at 10:00 a.m., at the Maspalomas Cultural Center. The expedition will travel by minibus through the interior area of Arguineguín, from the Altos del Barranco de Guiniguada and the base of Roque Nublo, to the upper area of Fataga, with special attention also to the beautiful places of Ayagaures, Ayacata, Tunte, Fataga and Arteara.
The 32nd edition of the Maspalomas Summer University is organized by the City Council of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, and has the collaboration of the Hotel Gloria Palace San Agustín.
