In an investigation carried out carefully by the Civil Guard, it was found that robberies had been being committed in different establishments since March 23, accessing them by breaking the lock cylinder.
Once brought to justice, his imprisonment was ordered.
On May 15, the Vecindario Civil Guard arrested a 39-year-old person with numerous police records for committing eighteen (18) crimes of robbery with force, by breaking into the lock cylinder in different places. establishments in the town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana and subtracting from most of them the collection from the cash registers and other valuables.
The Civil Guard began police investigations as a result of the different and innumerable complaints presented in the short space of one month since this circumstance was being repeated in a series of criminal acts.
Analyzing the data obtained in the technical visual inspection together with the images of the security cameras of the different establishments in the area, it was possible to verify how the majority of these robberies were carried out using the same modus operandi, breaking the locks during the night to mainly stealing money from the day's cash register or collecting machines.
It turns out that the alleged perpetrator changed his physical appearance to avoid identification, without success since the Civil Guard even located the house where he currently lived, proceeding to arrest him.
With this arrest, the Civil Guard was able to prevent the commission of more criminal acts of this nature since they had been repeated daily, causing great social alarm among neighbors and merchants due to the nature of the crimes.
The detainee, in conjunction with the proceedings carried out, was brought before the courts of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, which ordered his imprisonment.
