The general director of Legal Security and Public Faith in Madrid, María Ester Pérez Jerez, has authorized the effective change of the Dicireg computer application in the Civil Registry Offices of the Judicial District of San Bartolomé de Tirajana (which will even change its name ) because it is public, free, unique for all of Spain and is configured as electronic and interoperable. The effective entry into service of the computer applications that will allow the Civil Registry to operate entirely electronically in accordance with the provisions contained in this law, the Civil Registry service will continue to be provided as it has been done to date.
Therefore, the General Office of the Civil Registry of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and the collaborating offices of the Civil Registry belonging to its judicial district of Mogán and Santa Lucía de Tirajana, which must do so simultaneously with the aforementioned General Office
The Ministry of Justice will provide the Dicireg computer application. The person in charge and the staff who provide service in the offices must use said computer application for the management, procedural processing and practice of entries in the Civil Registry. The Civil Registry of San Bartolomé de Tirajana will be renamed General Office of the Civil Registry of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and the Delegated Municipal Civil Registries of Mogán and Santa Lucía de Tirajana will be renamed collaborating offices of the Civil Registry of Mogán and Santa Lucía de Tirajana
The personnel who, on the indicated date of effective entry into service of DICIREG, are providing services in the Civil Registry of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and in the secretariats or procedural units of direct support of the Delegated Municipal Civil Registries of Mogán and Santa Lucía de Tirajana will continue to carry out his duties in the Civil Registry offices.
