Agents of the Civil Guard, in collaboration with the Local Police of Ingenio, have arrested a man and a woman for allegedly sexually exploiting a minor in an exchange nightlife venue in Playa del Inglés. They are accused of the alleged commission of a crime: Human Trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation and illicit activities. In this action, a 23-year-old woman was also arrested, and a 14-year-old minor was found inside the house, who had escaped from a juvenile center.

The action began following a complaint from the minor herself, who explained that she had been forced to exercise prostitution in a couples exchange place, reported Onda Cero. Apparently, in said establishment they would have, among other girls, the minor as a sexual attraction, with one of the detainees being the person in charge of that establishment and the one who would indicate with which couples the minor should interact with to finally have sexual relations with the club's clientele. .

In addition, it was possible to discover in parallel the existence of another woman responsible for the sexual exploitation of the minor, who was in charge of recruiting her and inducing her to carry out sexual work and subsequently collect a part of the benefits generated by these practices. Likewise, the agents obtained a series of clues about this woman, who would also be dedicating herself to drug trafficking from an occupied home in the town of El Carrizal. For this other crime, she would also be counting on at least another minor for the retail sale of all types of narcotic substances.

On June 24, both police forces carried out an entry and search at the aforementioned address in El Carrizal, authorized by the Court of Instruction No. 2 of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, coordinated and carried out by the UOPJ of the Las Palmas Command, components of the Local Police. of Ingenio and the Main Post of Agüimes, USECIC of the Las Palmas Command.
