The CEO of Alpacia, José Albero, confirmed this Monday that the hotel supply company based in Alicante has reinforced the business structure in the south of Gran Canaria. Alpacia's own brand is 'Felice' and they are owners of the 'Carpathia' brand, under which they market Rioja Denomination of Origin wines and at the same time are the importers for Spain of a renowned Brazilian whiskey 'Chanceler'.
Grupo Alpacia has chosen to simplify and merge its companies, consolidating into a single entity, which is now called LPA Alimentación and which integrates the entire structure, covering the central offices of the Alpacia Group in Alcoy (Alicante) and the structure of Alpani Alimentación in the Balearic Islands. .
LPA Alimentación is a group of companies that has supplied the tourism sector since 1999 to hotel chains, hospitals, schools, communities, restaurants, ship or cruise ship suppliers. Thus they went from 300 to 1.700 references, mainly preserved fruits, vegetables and fish, but also other types of dry food products and drinks, such as rice, pasta, legumes, nuts, olives, dessert preparations, honeys, jams, sauces , juices, wines, cavas, liqueurs... even jelly beans or chocolates. They also have a wide range of frozen and vegan-specific foods.
The group supplies national products, although it also imports from Thailand, China, Indonesia or Malaysia in Asia and Ecuador, Brazil or Peru. Among its clients, hotel chains such as Meliá, Nordhotel or Iberostar and groups dedicated to large community supplies such as Serunión or Compass Group (Eurest).
