The SmartRental company continues to expand in Gran Canaria with a third asset on the island and the second in the southern area. After landing in the Canary Islands with an apartment complex in Las Palmas and the Corinto bungalows in Playa del Inglés, the company takes over the Broncemar apartments, on San Cristobal street in La Laguna and in front of the Aguila Roja shopping center.
The apartments themselves were the place chosen to celebrate the beginning of this new stage of the complex. An event attended by various personalities from the island and area tourism sector, in addition to the leadership of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana town hall with Marco Aurelio at the helm. After the mayor's intervention, the CEO of SmartRental, Carlos Escoda, took the floor, thanking the sector for the great reception of this investment and who had some kind words for the workers of the complex who now come under the management of the company and your brand Akeah.
After that, Escoda briefly introduced the history of the company and the brands that make up SmartRental. The CEO highlighted the importance for SmartRental of increasing its investment in Maspalomas and growing in the archipelago, although he also highlighted the company's ambition to expand internationally and confirmed that the company will announce news in the coming weeks in this regard.
Escoda included among his milestones continuing to grow in Maspalomas and closed his speech by thanking his team for the “push” and the help they have given him during this process.
In this way, Broncemar comes under the management of SmartRental through its Akeah brand, the same one under which the company manages the Hotel Verdi Budapest, its main international commitment to date.
