The Federation of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Las Palmas (FEHT) and Banc Sabadell have signed a collaboration agreement this summer to provide financial solutions for the members of the tourist association of Las Palmas, which has its headquarters in the south of Gran Canaria. main sphere of influence. For the FEHT of Las Palmas, the signing of this agreement with Banco Sabadell will allow companies in the south of Gran Canaria to continue with their improvement processes in both management and facilities. Furthermore, being able to sign this agreement with a banking entity that has created a specialized division for the tourism sector and, therefore, great knowledge of the Gran Canaria tourism sector.
The agreement, signed for the duration of one year extendable for identical periods, was signed by the president of the FEHT, José María Mañaricua, and the director of Banc Sabadell in the Canary Islands, Luisa Juliá. The agreement contemplates the creation of a monitoring commission that will meet periodically to take advantage of the financial institution's portfolio of services such as payment and credit lines, billing tools and advice on applying for aid, among other options.
On the other hand, since 2017, tourist establishments that have made a commitment to Quality and the Q Mark granted by the ICTE have access to a package of products and services under very advantageous conditions thanks to the agreement signed by Banco Sabadell and the Institute for Tourist Quality. Among the products offered by Banco Sabadell included in this agreement are Business Plus and Business Expansion Accounts, Virtual and Physical POS, Hotel Leasing, Furniture and Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency Renting, Hotel Protection Insurance, as well as the products contemplated in the offer for business activity, personal economy, savings-investment and remote banking.
