The Board of Directors of the Canarian Confederation of Entrepreneurs (CCE) of Las Palmas agreed this Wednesday to integrate the Association of Advertising Companies of the Canary Islands (ASAC) as a full member, "thus consolidating its role as the most representative business organization" of the islands. It has also agreed, among other matters, to sign a collaboration agreement with the Grupo Servidis Foundation, a non-profit entity dedicated to the socio-laboral integration of people with disabilities. The signing of this agreement is part of the growing interest and commitment of the CCE to the development of actions that encourage and improve corporate social responsibility.
Regarding the employers' association of advertising companies, last May after several months of working together, the companies were formed, attracted by the idea of forming a common front and promoting the unity of companies based on the islands in the defense of the interests of the sector. At the event last May, which had a very active participation of all attendees, the exponential growth and the need to value the sector in public tenders and specifically, in public-private collaboration, as well as as "the request was insisted on to request incentives from the Association within the framework of our REF to promote the growth of employment in the activity they carry out."
The founding act served as ASAC's first step in the business world and stated the need to form a common front on the problems they face, establishing that, in a short period of time, they will be carried out. the appropriate steps to integrate the largest number of Canarian companies and hold the first General Assembly of the sector.
