All young people between 14 and 35 years old to present their projects, concerns and ideas before December 14
The Youth Department of the City Council of Santa Lucia de Tirajana once again announces the 'Factory of Ideas', an initiative that allows young people to present projects for the programming of activities at Punto J. during the year 2022. Until next December 14, they can present their proposals individually or as collective or association of at least 3 people.
The Councilor for Youth, Ana Mayor highlights that "with the Ideas Factory we try to promote the participation of young people in the municipality, so that they are the ones who design and are an active and direct part of the programming of activities at Punto J." The councilor invites “all young people between 14 and 35 years old to present their projects, their concerns and ideas before December 14, then there will be a selection phase of proposals that respond to the bases, that are healthy, playful, not lucrative or cultural activities, and the chosen projects will become a reality throughout 2022.”
To participate you must complete a questionnaire published on the Punto J networks. It will be valued that the activities proposed promote culture and art, the development of social values in health, sexuality, diversity, solidarity, coexistence. It will also be taken into account. It is important that these projects promote knowledge and respect for nature and the protection of the environment, the promotion of employment, entrepreneurship and the creative spirit. Other aspects that are taken into account are the promotion of Canaridad and/or interculturality, in addition to the promotion of active participation
In the call made in 2020 for this year's programming, 23 projects were presented. The youth of Santa Lucía proposed the holding of talent contests, training and cultural activities, exhibitions, hiking, urban art, talks on feminism, the environment or solidarity. As happened this year, the 2022 programming will be carried out taking into account the limitations imposed by health regulations due to covid 19.
