The winning design will be selected by popular vote. Councillor Vega highlights that “for the first time in the history of the Maspalomas International Carnival, residents, visitors and tourists will be able to participate in the selection of the poster, thus encouraging the involvement of the public in all the elements that define this carnival; they have already chosen the themes and now they will be able to choose the advertising design”.
