The SPAR Gran Canaria group remains committed to supporting projects that promote inclusive sport. Thus, the chain has renewed its sponsorship of the I+I (Ilusión + Inclusión) team of the Panadería Pulido Vega de San Mateo football club for the third consecutive year.

The vice president of SPAR Gran Canaria, José López, and the general manager of SPAR ARADASA, Alejandro Fleitas, renewed the sponsorship agreement for this 2024/2025 season together with Francisco Rodríguez Pulido, president of CF Panadería Pulido Vega de San Mateo, the members of the team, accompanied by Augusto Hidalgo, first vice president and counselor of Public Works and Infrastructure, Architecture and Housing of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria.
Made up of more than 15 women and men, users of the occupational centres of Vega de San Mateo and Valsequillo, the I+I team of CF Panadería Pulido Vega de San Mateo will continue training at the municipal football field of San Mateo, where the renewal of the sponsorship was signed, and playing matches with different teams from the island. With this activity, users can enjoy playing football in a healthy environment that contributes to improving their coordination, balance and psychomotor skills.
Convinced of the importance of combining a healthy diet with physical exercise, SPAR Gran Canaria follows the line of Sustainable Development Goal 3, set by the United Nations, supporting initiatives that promote sport and healthy lifestyle habits through sports sponsorship, among which is this support for the I+I team of CF Panadería Pulido Vega de San Mateo.
