It will be like those complexes that could serve both as a funeral home and as a coliving for digital nomads. David Silva's hotel investment in Sagunto, Valencia, in the area that is supposed to house the battery plant of Volkswagen, a company that is cutting investments in Europe, a nerve centre of business and industrial activity, is underway with plans to deliver the turnkey project in the summer of 2025. The project is being promoted by businessmen Juan Planes, Vicente Lluch and former footballer David Silva, and has been advised by the firm Efe & Ene Multi Family Office. This summer Silva has been promoting hotels in Donostia with his photo, in which he is a partner together with industrial businessmen from Las Palmas in the south of Gran Canaria.
The construction company, Vito Construcciones, expects the hotel to open in June 2025. The establishment will consist of 163 rooms and 46 apartments, a restaurant, a gym, an events room, a coworking space and several meeting rooms. The rooftop will feature a bar and a panoramic swimming pool. The entire architectural design has been designed by the Perretta Arquitectura studio, which designed the Torre de Francia in Valencia.
The hotel, which will be called Lunic, will be managed by Climia Hotels and will create 50 new jobs. It is a four-star establishment that will occupy a surface area of 9.352 square metres, offering 163 rooms and 46 apartments. It will also include spaces for coliving and coworking, thus adapting to the demands of a constantly evolving business world.
