The rent-a-car company Avis Canarias has reinforced the training of its team in Playa del Inglés in preparation for the start of the winter season in the south of Gran Canaria. The car rental subsidiary of Domingo Alonso Group in the Canary Islands has the Avis Preferred service, which offers its members a premium service to guarantee a smooth and efficient rental experience. Members can use QuickPass to verify their identity in advance and avoid queues at the counter. In addition, in some locations, they have the option of accessing their vehicle through the Self-Service Kiosk or going directly to the vehicle, where the keys are ready to start the trip.
Under the motto ‘Car rental with more benefits’, the Avis Preferred loyalty program for 2024 will continue to offer priority services and instantly unlock a variety of benefits, regardless of customers’ vehicle rental history. These benefits include: 10% off all future rentals – from sign-up – automatically applied at booking and members can skip the queue with all paperwork prepared in advance and their vehicle ready.
Originally from Germany or France, in addition to the Avis Preferred loyalty program, Avis maintains that the benefits obtained through this initiative can now be combined with the annual subscription card, Avis Preferred Drive. The subscription to Avis Preferred Drive includes additional discounts of between 15% and 20% on car rentals, as well as extras such as additional drivers, child seats and charging cards for electric vehicles. Avis Preferred Drive is currently available to customers in France and Germany.
