The chain that has owned the four-star H2024 Costa Mogán since 10 is starting the peak tourist season with a business segment from 1 November: adults only. The establishment purchased from Bankinter's Socimi, Atom, for 31,7 million euros was previously operated by Labranda Hotels & Resorts, i.e. FTI Touristik. This hotel joins the five-star H10 Playa Meloneras Palace, with 372 rooms. H10 has 20 hotels in the Canary Islands.
The H10 in Mogán offers the wholesale market 125 rooms in Playa del Cura with two outdoor pools (one for children) and a gym, a couple of restaurants and Balinese beds exclusively for adults.
The establishment acquired by H10 Hotels was part of Atom Hotels' portfolio since 2019, the year in which the REIT acquired two MP Hotels assets, for which it paid 67,4 million euros. One of them was the former Riviera Marina, which later began to operate under the Labranda brand.
The chain's hotel has included the establishment in the Stay Green program, the sustainability plan developed by the company in order to promote and encourage responsible tourism in all the destinations in which it is present. In 2024, H10 Hotels has presented H10 Pro, a new portal aimed at travel agencies and agents around the world designed so that they can make and manage reservations at the chain's hotels in Gran Canaria with exclusive advantages. The portal, which already has more than 15.000 registered agents from the main countries in Europe, the United States and Canada, improves their experience in an intuitive digital environment in six languages, integrated into the company's website. In addition, it has made a new professional area available to agents where they can book stays for their clients in real time with the best online price guaranteed and with greater control of their information and activity.
