The San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council has granted a planning license to the company Bahía Feliz Invest, SL for the construction of a non-hotel tourist complex on Avenida Windsurfing, located in the Bahía Feliz area. This new initiative will allow the creation of a set of apartments, under a five-star non-hotel concept.
The project includes a total of 13 apartment units, with a capacity for 80 people. This license represents an important boost for the development of the luxury tourism sector in the region, focusing on meeting the needs of high-profile visitors. With an investment of 1.678.216,12 euros, the works are expected to be completed within 4 years from the start date.
Development of high-quality tourist housing in Salobre Golf
In addition to the project in Bahía Feliz, San Bartolomé de Tirajana continues with the planning of luxury homes in the Salobre Golf area. The new set of eight single-family villas promoted by Villas Kanela Golf, SL represents another effort to consolidate the area as an exclusive residential reference. These homes, which will represent a total investment of 1.061.219 euros, have private accesses and garden areas and will include modern facilities and will comply with all the aesthetic and functional specifications defined in the General Urban Development Plan (PGOU).
Luxury investments
The investment in both projects, worth almost 3 million euros, represents a significant economic injection for the municipality, contributing directly to the generation of local employment, both during the construction phase and later in the development of the extra-hotel complex. This initiative demonstrates the tourist value of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and especially of the Maspalomas Costa Canaria brand, strengthening the local economy and positioning the municipality as a leading destination in the Canary Islands.

The Department of Urban Planning of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana Town Council reaffirms its commitment to the development of the municipality, aimed at offering high-end experiences for both tourists and residents. The concession to Bahía Feliz Invest, SL for the apartment complex and the villa project in Salobre Golf are proof of the institutional commitment to promote a quality tourist and residential offer, which contributes to the economic and social development of the municipality.
