The Mogán Town Council has reorganised the structure of the municipal companies. Thus, it has dissolved Mogán Sociocultural, which has been absorbed by Mogán Gestión Municipal, to which it has modified its corporate purpose by adding "collaboration for the development of all those actions that, without implying the exercise of acts of authority, are conducive to collection... Parceling into properties and formation of urbanisations" as well as the "purchase and sale of rural and urban properties, and the provision of support services for management".
With this change, the City Council carries out a series of actions at a local level, in order to improve the quality of life of the residents with technicians who form a compact multidisciplinary team with extensive experience and solvency that develops the work derived from the orders requested by the Mogán City Council.
Onalia Bueno highlights that the change is due to the fact that "we went from a totally obsolete municipal company, lacking a business structure" since "those of us who come from the private sector know how necessary it is, in addition to having a top and a base, to have intermediate positions that are the ones that make two-way communication flow. And this is what we have worked on since the appointment of the new manager in 2021, with the incorporation of young and dynamic people who create a group and work as a team."
