The General Directorate of Legal Security of the Ministry of Justice has decided not to register the change of manager of the Municipal Tax Collection Company of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, SA (Emursa), according to business sources consulted by Maspalomas24H, who indicated that the resolution was signed in Madrid on September 25.
This is due to the refusal of the commercial registrar of Las Palmas to register the termination of the managing director of a company. The manager of Emursa appealed against the refusal of the Commercial and Personal Property Registrar II of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Adolfo Calandria Amigueti, to register the termination of the company.
This has its origins in the Emursa meeting on June 6, 2024, in which the cessation, "due to retirement", of the managing director of said company was recorded, with the approval of Mayor Marco Aurelio Pérez in his capacity as president of Emursa. Last October, the NC councilor in the south of Gran Canaria, Samuel Henríquez, said that the change of manager implied not knowing what type of management he was going to develop and announced that he was trying to gather all the information. "It seems that they are hiding something," he said.
