The creativity of local businesses was on display in the Black Friday window display competition organised by the Association of Shopkeepers of San Bartolomé de Tirajana (ACOMISABA). La Mina Pet Shop, a shop specialising in pet food and products, won first prize thanks to its original window display, which received more than 220 votes on the association's social networks.
This Black Friday campaign, which ran throughout the month of November, aimed to encourage residents of the municipality to shop in open shopping areas and small local businesses, encouraging their competitiveness against large commercial areas. In addition to the window display competition, ACOMISABA organised other activities, such as the placement of themed posters and a concert held in the Plaza de El Tablero.
A total of eleven businesses participated in the window display competition, where the establishments uploaded images of their decorations to the association's social networks, with the window display with the most "likes" being the winner. La Mina Pet Shop, located on Isla Margarita Street, stood out for its creative and thematic proposal, winning an advertising campaign valued at more than 3.000 euros as a prize. This initiative has the collaboration of various local media, reaffirming ACOMISABA's commitment to promoting local commerce.
The association thanked the businesses for their participation and the support of citizens, highlighting that this campaign not only promotes sales, but also the visibility and strengthening of the municipality's commercial fabric. With initiatives such as this, ACOMISABA continues to work to make small businesses an attractive and competitive option for consumers.
