Fund Grube president Dhiraj Chhabria has highlighted that the chain faces 2025 selling to more than 3 million customers with more than 15 million visits through its network of stores, which, between franchises and own brands, will be in 61 establishments. 35% of perfume sales and 25% of fashion sales for the entire year are made in the months of November to January. All this with a workforce that goes from 1015 people to 1250 people due to the reinforcement campaign. The company points out that it has grown 2024% in sales this 17.

Chhabria, In statements to Tribuna de Canarias, highlights the opening of the new Anfi del Mar store in Mogán, and the reinforcement of the digital channel, where "we are making efforts to improve delivery times and ultimately improve the digital customer's shopping experience to continue consolidating this business."

The President and CEO of Fund Grube has highlighted the "challenge" of finding solutions to "find and retain committed talent, as well as managing problems such as absenteeism" that "limits our growth and reduces opportunities to generate quality employment." "At Fund Grube we are trying to find innovative solutions in our human resources policies to address this situation, although it is not a problem exclusive to our company." "The goal is to maintain our leadership in an increasingly competitive beauty and fashion retail market. In the long term, the goal is to continue growing and we are working on a plan to do so from the management committee."

In the short term, the company hopes to "consolidate our presence in the Canary Islands through our 5 business models" since in addition to the 38 Fund Grube points of sale, there is the AW Lab franchise with Sneakers sports shoes, with one point of sale in Gran Canaria in CCMM, the Walk! brand, points of sale specialized in footwear, and the Look Sunglasses, a store specialized in sunglasses with two points of sale in Gran Canaria. "This year we will finally end up with a total of 59 stores since we have suffered a delay with an opening in El Castillo, Fuerteventura, and in January we will have 61 due to the opening of another Look Sunglasses store in CC Biosfera in Puerto del Carmen," says Dhiraj Chhabria.
