Sales expert Tucek, with more than 20 years of professional experience in the hotel sector and in tourism management and most recently working as deputy sales director at Ahorn Hotels & Resorts, will join IFA by Lopesan Hotels as head of commercial sales in the European market in January 2025 "and will play a key role in driving the strategic development of activities and businesses," the hotel chain chaired by Eustasio López told Maspalomas24H.
Tucek graduated from the University of Hotel Management and Tourism in Prague, holds a degree in business administration and speaks several languages. “We are delighted to bring Vojtech Tucek, an experienced sales professional, on board,” says Amparo Gallego, Sales Director at Lopesan. Tucek’s strategic thinking, coupled with his ability to build sustainable relationships, “will help open up new market opportunities and strengthen our position in the global market.”
In Europe, Lopesan maintains the IFA by Lopesan Hotels specialising in natural landscapes in Germany and Austria. In addition to holiday travellers, the company also attracts conference and MICE guests. Tucek has held all positions in the tourism value chain, including hotel manager and sales manager, meetings, incentives, conferences, events and group travel.
