The Whites gave the Yellows a little joy on a black weekend after the thrashing they received at the Martínez Valero that has eliminated them from the Copa del Rey

A "stroke of luck" for Las Palmas, since the Madrid number 7 will not have to serve those matches either in the Super Cup that the Whites are playing in Saudi Arabia or in their cup match on January 16, against Celta de Vigo. However, Real Madrid has already announced that it will appeal this sanction.
This was not the only "joy" for the yellows in that match, as the Croatian Luka Modric, who scored the first goal for the Madridistas in the match, received his fifth yellow card, meaning he will complete his cycle and will not be able to play against Diego Martínez's men.
UD Las Palmas visit the Santiago Bernabéu on January 19 at 15:15 p.m., although before that Diego Martínez's team will host Getafe at the Gran Canaria Stadium this Sunday at 13:00 p.m.
