The south of Gran Canaria will have a week without adverse phenomena, with clear skies, moderate winds and favorable conditions at sea.
The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) reports on the weather conditions expected for the south of Gran Canaria during the week of February 10-16, 2025. A mostly stable climate is anticipated, with pleasant temperatures, moderate winds and the absence of significant phenomena.
Throughout the week, maximum temperatures are expected to range between 21°C and 23°C, while minimum temperatures will be between 12°C and 14°C. Skies will be mostly clear, with some scattered clouds at times. No precipitation is expected during this period.
The prevailing winds will be from the northeast, with average speeds of 15 to 25 km/h, and may reach gusts of up to 35 km/h in exposed areas. Significant haze is not expected to affect visibility or air quality.
On the southern coasts of Gran Canaria, calm or light seas are expected, with waves ranging from 0,5 to 1 metre in height. These conditions are favourable for sailing and water activities.
