The visit, promoted by the National Confederation of Business Areas (CEDAES), took place this Thursday with the aim of supporting and demanding urgent measures for the economic reactivation of these areas.

The Arinaga Industrial Zone Conservation Entity (ECOAGA) visited this Thursday various business areas of the Valencian Community affected by the DANA. Accompanied by members of the National Confederation of Business Areas (CEDAES), the representatives demanded urgent investments for the reconstruction and reactivation of the damaged industrial estates.

The visit took place within the framework of the CEDAES General Assembly, held in Valencia, and marked the first official action of the new president of the confederation, Pablo García-Vigón, since his appointment in January. With this, the Confederation reaffirms its commitment to the recovery of business parks that have suffered serious damage due to the storm.

Representing ECOAGA were its president, Juan Acosta; its secretary, Francisco Falcón; and its manager, Sergio Robaina. During the day, they visited the business parks of Paiporta and Riba-Roja, one of the most affected areas. In each of these areas, the business representatives noted the extent of the damage and the urgent need for measures to rehabilitate them.

CEDAES has called for collaboration between business entities and public administrations with the aim of implementing effective solutions for the reconstruction of infrastructures and the strengthening of the industrial fabric.
